These Terms and Conditions govern the commercial relationship between ReliablookWholesale.in (the seller) and registered wholesale buyers (the purchaser), forming the basis for all transactions unless superseded by separate written agreements signed by authorised representatives of both parties. By placing a wholesale order, buyers confirm acceptance of these terms.
ReliablookWholesale.in operates exclusively as a business-to-business wholesale platform. Buyers must be registered trade entities — retailers, wholesalers, distributors, or institutional buyers — with valid GST or trade registration credentials. Individual end-consumer purchases are not permitted. Buyers are responsible for ensuring their use of products complies with applicable laws, licences, and trade regulations in their respective markets.
All orders must comply with the minimum order quantities applicable to the selected product category and order type. Orders below minimum quantities may be accepted subject to additional handling charges or declined at our discretion. Mixed-category orders may combine quantities across product lines to meet aggregate minimums where specified in quotations.
All prices are as stated in formal quotations or platform price lists, exclusive of GST, transport charges, and destination levies unless explicitly noted. Quotation validity periods are specified in each quotation. Prices are subject to revision after expiry, particularly for products with input-cost-sensitive pricing. We reserve the right to revise prices on confirmed orders in exceptional market circumstances, with prior buyer notification.
New buyers transact on advance payment basis (full or partial). Established buyers with verified trade history may be extended credit terms by separate written agreement. All payments must be made through confirmed bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted instruments. Goods are dispatched only upon receipt of cleared payment or under approved credit arrangements. Late payment under credit terms may attract interest charges as specified in the credit agreement.
Goods are dispatched within confirmed lead times from order and payment confirmation. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon handover of goods to the transport provider at our dispatch point. Buyers are responsible for ensuring adequate arrangements for receipt and inspection of goods at their delivery location.
Claims for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods must be reported within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence and the invoice reference. ReliablookWholesale.in will review verified claims and propose resolution through replacement, credit note adjustment, or other appropriate remediation. Delayed reporting or absence of evidence may affect resolution outcomes.
All brand names, logos, packaging designs, and related intellectual property associated with Dufizo, Nuvinor, Hobrik, American Arizona, Austrian Realzo, Orooba, Yukon Youmeet, and Groomiz are the proprietary property of their respective owners within the ReliablookWholesale.in group. Unauthorised reproduction, modification, or misrepresentation of brand identity is strictly prohibited.
ReliablookWholesale.in's total liability for any claim arising from product supply or our commercial relationship is limited to the invoice value of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including lost profits or business interruption except where required by applicable law. Buyers agree to indemnify ReliablookWholesale.in against claims arising from misuse of products or violation of applicable laws in the buyer's territory.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts of competent authority under applicable law. Parties are encouraged to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
